تناول البحث الرقابة على تنفيذ القرار التحكيمي في العقود الإدارية وفق النظام السعودي “دراسة مقارنة” حيث تطرق البحث أساس الرقابة القضائية وصورها من خلال أسس الرقابة القضائية في تنفيذ القرار التحكيمي وصور الرقابة القضائية في مرحلة تنفيذ حكم التحكيم كما تناول البحث حدود الرقابة القضائية في مرحلة تنفيذ القرار التحكيمي من خلال الطبيعة القانونية لطلب الأمر بتنفيذ حكم التحكيم والجهة المختصة بإصدار الأمر بتنفيذ حكم التحكيم.

Abstract

The study addressed the oversight of the implementation of arbitration awards in administrative contracts under the Saudi system (a comparative study). The study addressed the basis and forms of judicial oversight, focusing on the foundations of judicial oversight in the implementation of arbitration awards and the forms of judicial oversight during the implementation phase of arbitration awards. The study also addressed the limits of judicial oversight during the implementation phase of arbitration awards, focusing on the legal nature of the request for an order to enforce the arbitration award and the authority competent to issue the order to enforce the arbitration award.
